Second, while it's rough, it's redeemable, just takes time, patience and money.
I don't go a day without regretting getting rid of mine. I loved my old Bronco, got 257,000 outta it when the tranny went... original tranny at that.
SAS the beotch, throw a Ford 9" in the rear, replace the body panels that are fubared, and have fun with it, use the Mazda to commute around in...
... that was what I was gunna do with mine.

I just want mine back. I never should have sold it.
I'll have another sometime soon, a 93 Eddie Bauer with a 5.8L 351 and manual t/c, with cloth seats...
.. come to find out after I sold mine, it was a factory order Bronco, so my combo I had is harder to find.

I needed it at the time...
... this is the killer, the guy I sold it to was gunna pull the motor and some of the driveline, then either part it out or junk it. Now I regret letting it go.
