I always liked the BBP idea, a little gusset w/ their name.

1/4" is .25
1/8" is .125

.095 is thinner than an 1/8"

you cant bend anything over .134 on my bender and most home benders.

.134 is what NHRA requires on Top Fuel Dragsters.

CREW is COLD ROLLED ELECTRIC WELDED SEAM.
DOM is DRAWN OVER MANDREL (ie no seams)

Most roll cages in race buggies are 1' 1/4 .083 wall crew (which is weaker then DOM)

I think zachs sliders are about as big as you would want to go or at least need.

They look really nice! My sliders are .120 DOM and I'll admit they're overkill. These .095 DOM sliders will be plenty strong.

Thanks. I made some out of .120 wall before, definitely overkill. I will be making my cage out of .120.
