Bad shake/wobble in the front end

So a buddy of mine and I finished a D30 swap in the ranger and everything seems tight and good to go. For a little while its been pretty good, but up until recently I've been getting a bad shake/wobble in the front end at 40-45mph. After that the front end settles itself out im guessing cause the tires are spinning so fast. I look out the window while its wobbling and it looks like the tires are moving side to side on its own. Tires are brand new and balanced. I checked every bolt I can think of and also the power steering box bolts. Just changed the upper link bar bushings. I just cant think of what else it could be? Castor too far out? Alignment jacked up? Or is the whole front end just going to fall out from under the truck one day haha.

HELP / suggestions would be greatly appreciated

first, check the usual, Ball-joints, Tie-rod ends, see if your bearings are tight.
Then get it aligned. that should help a lot.

Any pictures of the front suspension. could be the track bar. the drag link and track bar need to be as close to the same angle or ride on the same plane parallel to one another or you will get the DEATH wobble.

maybe a weight fell off one of the wheels and you need to get them rebalanced? Does it feel like its coming from a particular side or is the whole front shaky?

Death Wobble!!! This is very serious. There could be aligment/length issue in the steering linkage. It may be partially rectified ensuring the steering linkage is within a few degrees of parallel and as close to the same length as possible. The other help may come from a good steering stabilizer. Check the TREs and balljoints with a small pry bar to ensure no play
