I've got one of those 305 "Boat Anchors" under my bench too..........find ya a 350 or 400 and build ya a 355, 377, 383 or 406 and go Mustang huntin! You'll be able to build one of the STROKER motors CHEAPER than a stock SBF.....................

Need any help, check this out: http://www.rangerpowersports.com/for...d.php?t=193375

GOOD LUCK on whatever ya decide & keep us posted!!!

Lower it 3/4, swap a 2.3T in it, and go beat up on them "5.0's"
