Lowering issue

I have a 2/3 kit on my truck now and the front is sitting about 1/2 higher on one side and 3/4 higher than the rear on the other side. I want the truck to sit level and the only reason i can think of why it won't is I'm running stock shocks and I'm thinking the driver side wore more than the passenger causing it to sit lower. Anyone think using drop shocks might correct the 1/2 or so or is there another suggestion to take care of it. Ive only seen one other thread concerning this problem and it was fixed by cutting the bump stops I've already done that and the front had almost a year to settle before i got around to doing the rears so i doubt thats the issue. Any help is appreciated.
