Anyone lower a gen Ii ranger?
I have a 92 ranger and want to lower it.
The previous owner took the helper spring out of the rear and moved his shackle up higher and welded it. Looks good on the rear but the front needs to come down.
Of course I plan on putting the rear suspension back to stock and doing the FLIPKIT on it.
But my question is the following:
I have found 2" lowering springs. If I run them will I have negative camber? Or do I HAVE to get the dropped I beams?
I have a airbag setup for the rear. Mainly as helper bags. (I actually use the truck for sidework and hauling stuff) What is the way to lower. I do not want to slam this to drag frame.
Truck is used as a daily driver and drag vehicle. I do not want something to sacrafice the ride. Of course a dropped shock will be used.
I am not new to lowered vehicles. But a ranger confuses me as lowering causing negative camber and of course I want to avoid that. Sorry for the long post. But more info is better right?

If you do 2 inch coils in the front and a flipkit out the rear your *** is going to be sagging but you said you plan on running helper bags.. Id say do 3 inch dropped beams up front and flipkit out rear and call it a day, get a pair of air shocks for the rear and when you need to haul stuff just hook your compressor up to them and air them up and when your done air them out..
