Going Low!

I already know im going to order a djm 3/4 kit with shocks, but i want to go lower.. would adding shackles and 2 or 3 inch springs be a good route..

any advice guys?

if you get the rear axle flip and leave the stock shackle in, it will put you 5" in the rear

i thought it was only 4"

I want a 5/6 drop

98+ is 5" drop, 97- is 4". if you get the djm kit and flip your rear shackle you will have a 6" rear drop, and dream beams and lowering springs will net you 5 or 6" drop depending on the drop springs you get

I want to do the same drop for my 95' ranger. But how much does it makes the axle closer to the frame. I olny ask becasue i carry my quad in the bed. Will it cause any problems. Also i have a helper spring if it matters.

okay so if i go 6 inches in the rear should a do a c notch?

I really want to see how this turns out.. A lowered ranger with a quad in the bed. Itll be a first, usually I see lifted trucks with quads in their beds.. not lowered trucks.

To each their own but a lowered truck to me is..

far from a first. i haul all kinds of stuff in my lowered ranger, and a buddies quad is far from the largest haul any of my lowered rangers has done.
