couple questions
My front suspension seams to be on its way out and Im not sure how it works because of the torsion bars and all. On my jeep, when the suspension was week and old and made noises, I simply ordered 4 shocks, and replaced them, simple, it was a couple of bolts per shock.
Now, on my ranger... how do I go about doing this? What is involved? On the rear I can simply replace the shocks right?
Also, I have a 3" bl and my Tbars cranked a couple inches. I was thinking about getting a little more lift if possible, without spending $2k for 1 of the 2 available sl's for 4wd rangers
So I found shackles for $75 shipped on ebay, says I can get 2" more in the rear: Lift Kit FORD RANGER 98-08 07 06 05 04 03 02 01 shackle:eBay Motors (item 310132719856 end time Jul-29-09 15:25:30 PDT)
Would shackles be good or should I do the add-a-leaf?
And I would probobly max out my tbars, they are #1 bars.
how much does it affect the ball joints if the tbars are maxed?
just looking for some advice
