Spindle/Body Lift

Hey, sorry in advance, lots of questions, and i found a bunch of useful info when i searched the site, but i need some more. It seems the concensous on the site is that with a 2wd truck, go with spindles, not the expensive suspension lifts. I found some fabtech spindles at performancelifts.

http://performancelifts.com/cgi-bin/...TS98200-7.html

What should i do with the back? Blocks or Add-a-Leaf? The website shows options for an alignment kit and shocks, do i need those? I am thinking about doing a 3" body lift at the same time, would that be a problem.

I also found some doelsch spindles for 100 cheaper.

http://www.doetsch-shocks.com/9.asp

What do ya'll think? Any help, comments, complaits, criticism, would be appreciated?

429 is too much, keep your eye out and you can find some good prices through this place.

AAL is gonna be stiffer in the back but give you less axel wrap than blocks will.

there is no problem with doing a body lift at the same time, as long as you've got new wheels/tires to go along with it stockers would just look tiny.

if paychecks are 2 weeks apart like mine, it can wait. some will say you do need the alignment, some will say you wont. you dont need the new shocks right away but eventually

33's just 4:10's

look into getting the 2" coil spring lift too and you could go to 35's then I'd gear to 4:56

3" Doetsch spindles
fabtech alignment kit
2" add-a-leaf kit
3" PA body lift
regear to 4.10
run 32-33's
(new shocks on next paycheck)

I suggest a locker for the rear, like and Auburn ECTED locker, since we're 4x2 ( I have pretty much the same truck) only one wheel is acutally gonna be spinning when we get in some dirt.
