BFG wear problem

So i have 33x12.5 bfg all terrains on 15x8's and i have them set at 28 psi. i had them at 32 but the edges wernt wearing (only the center). now the front tires wear perfect, but the rear tires still arn't wearing for about an inch on the outside of both sides. how can i make the rear tires wear evenly also?

This is the disadvantage of running wider tires on a 15x8 rim. They hold the bead well, but the wear pattern is just as you say. The only thing you can do is air them down more -- but I don't recommend it.

The only reason to run 12.5" wide tires on an 8" rim is for bead retention. I do it for that reason. If your truck sees street only, narrower tires or 9" to 10" rims are needed with 10" being optimum.

Nothing much you can do except rotate them often. When they wear down in the middle to match the edges they will wear evenly after that and more slowly.

Thanks. I figured that was my problem. I probably should have gone with the 10's but the 8's were cheaper and every cent counted when i was lifting it. i guess ill just keep rotating them at every 3,000 miles.

You'll know when the outer lugs start touching -- the tires will get noisier.
