NEED HELP!!!

Today a rock ripped my sidewall up on one of my 31" tires. I had to put my spare on that is a 235/75/15 which i belive is a 29" tire. is it ok to have a 31" tire and a 29" tire on the back axle or should i put the spare on the front?
Thanks

If your rear end is a L/S, I have been told that you could ruin it if one tire is smaller than the other.

Well since it is opened, I dont think that you will really hurt anything then. You are fine with it on the back.
