New Tires

Hi, I'm need help buying new tires and I have searched but still unsure. I'm going to go to discount tire and my options are BFG Radial T/A E4, BFG Long Trail T/A Tour, and Yokohama Geolander A/T-S probably in a 235/70/15, closer to stock, I don't want taller I want wider for better traction unless you guys think the stock size is just fine, the truck came with Arizonians and I don't like them and two rims are bent.

I don't have much experience buying tires but I need something for on-road use and is good in wet weather, these Arizonians aren't working for me. This is my first truck before this I had a Toyota Matrix with HTR Z-III and I could plow into large puddles and be fine and I'm looking for something closer to that. I live in Texas and in my area when it rains there are puddles everywhere. So which tires do you guys think would be best?

While I'm here let me also get your guys opinions on rim finish matte black of polished? I got that dark blue/purple looking paint, an all chrome/polished bumper and bed box.

Thanks for any input.
