I was wondering if anyone knew what sizes the Alcoas came in on the Rangers? I have 16 inch wheels on my truck and was looking to get a set of Alcoas but someone suggested that they didnt think that the Alcoas came in 16 inch. Would it make a difference if I used 15 inch instead of 16 inch?

 

they came with 15s and yes there is room to downgrade in size so 15s will be fine

 

I wasnt sure what going to a smaller wheel would do. Will it change my speedo any?

 

not as long as you use the same over diameter of tire that you had stock

 

are all the FX4 Alcoas 15"? Been looking into getting a set,but my truck has 16s and I just bought new tires a couple weeks ago.

stock 255/70/16 overall diameter is 30.9". You can get a 31x10.5x15 which is about the same overall diamater,keeping your speedo within 2-3mph.

 

crap,so I have to buy new tires then. I just spent $2300 on new tires,clutch and brakes in the past 3 weeks.

 

You cant put a 16" tire on a 15" rim just not gonna happen

 

well actually it's quite the contrary, they fit very easily...
