Just making sure..

will a 17x9 inch wheel with 4.5 bs with a 305/70 tire (34x12.50) tire cause any problems with a 3 inch spindle lift with cranked t bars? probably slight rubbing ?

Only problem may be that 4.5 BS. That BS may cause rubbing.

with a 4.5 BS you WILL rub on turns on the frame at the back of the tire or the swaybar at the front of the tire or possibly both. id look into like a 3.75 BS or grab the 4.5 BS with some 1" or so wheel spacers. with 285/75-16s on the factory 16x7 with 4.5BS it rubs in those exact two spots. so soon there will be a set of wheel spacers in there to stop that and give back the turning radius that was lost.
