i got my PA kit new in the box for 170 shipped off ebay.

 

got mine for 213 shipped from 4 wheel parts

 

I think I got mine at a Checker's Auto Parts store for like $150-$175. I know for a fact mine was well under $200. Had to special order it, but I was amazed how cheap it was.

His will be more expensive because his year needs different bumper brackets. But If he doesnt plan on lifting the rear bumper then the 98-00 kit will work and save him some cash.

98-00 are $150 01-07 are $200....
