Body lift and tire size matchup..

Hey im new on RF.. i was wondering tho.. ive been thinking about a 3" body lift for my 99
4x4 ranger.. i was planning on going with som 15x8 cragars and was wondering with the body lift what my max tire size could be? I was thinking 32's or 33's if possible?? thanks

biggest you can run with out rubbing should be a 33 12.50



what are some more specs of your truck 2wd 4wd?

99 ranger 4x4 3.0L V6 107K.. all stock so far.. have had the pickup for less then a year.. just wanted to adds some stuff to it.. thinking a PA 3" BL.. and some 15 inch cragars.. either 8"ers or 10"ers..

then yes you can fit 33 12.50s comfortable. but with maxed tbars and shackles you can fit 35s

35s little much so far man.. ha.. 33s be a happy medium.. how much of a pain is the body lift to install? ive heard range of comments...

btw the bl is pretty easy make sure u got a map gas torch 4 the body bolts and a 1/2 drill bit for the core support, a jack and a block of wood 4 the cab, it isnt too bad man did mine in 8hrs by myself

Pain in the ****ing ***!¡!¡

just finished (and I mean in the last 20 minutes) one on my buddy's 06 the two of us put in about 7 hours yesterday, with 3 trips to home depot for tools, one back to his house for NOTHNG that helped us, an hour break for lunch and several beers, then today I put in 12 hours, minus breaks and thinking periods, plus his 3 but it's DONE!

I will say this, DO NOT atempt this bodylift while hung over!!!!! (this is a big factor in the length of time it took us)

And yes, a torch is a MUST

hey it took me four days of work, well only 6 hours each day. but mine is 98% complete
