Suggestions for body lift brand and tire size

Suggestions for body lift brand and tire size

When i need to put new tires on my 05, i want to install a body lift kit and some bigger tires most likely BFGoodrich AT K/O. im sitting on stock 27 in. michelins and 15 inch rims so my trucks riding way to low. what kind of body lift kit should i invest in and what size tires should i get?

Check out the body lift from Summit Racing Equipment. It's like $180 for a 3" kit. IMO, 31's would look decent on that with a body lift. That's a 2" sidwall increase for you.

I like 33's but most will say 31's or 32's. And for the body lift you can use this.

But search around and you can get one cheaper then that. Thats really expensive.

how complicated is it so install the body lift yourself

Not very. People do it all the time. If you have a little bit of mechanical ability you should be able to do it in a day.

if you go 31s it will still look good and get better mileage than 32s or 33s.

33s look pretty beefy though (in a good way)
