Looking for the best material for gap guards i saw a How-To stating that stepguards from home depot be used but i cant find anything similar

Was just wondering what anyone else has used for their gap guards

 

Get some 4"x4' black vinyl cove base from the hardware store of your choice. Works well for me.

 

Might be a dumb question but i just search lowes online and nothing showed up for black vinyl cover base

 

i just used the strips of vinyl baseboard cost less than 10 bucks. Serves its purpose.

 

alright cool ill hit up lowes or home depot tomorrow and pick some up

 

I used the black stuff people use to edge their garden or driveway. It comes in a roll. You can get it at your local hardware store or garden center.drill holes and use self tapping screws. Works great and looks good. Then take some cheap 99 cent black gloss spray paint and spray bomb the frame and all. Looks clean on a budget!
