So, as you can tell by my earlier posts, I got the kit off ebay from a seller who wasn't going to install it. When I got the box, it had no bolts in it. So, I contacted the seller, and didn't get a reply til after we installed the kit. When I emailed him, I suggested that the fair way to handle this was to split the cost of the bolts with him.

So, you can guess where this went. "The bolts were in the box" "It never left my room" "Dude, you only paid $66 dollars for the kit"

First off, let me ask a question: and Sully can attest to this, and I am sure Stone will too. If the bolts were in the box, why would I go spend money on bolts, washers, and nuts? Why if the bolts and such were in the box would I go looking for them? It would have been much easier to just use the bolts that came with the kit.

Anyway, I offered to split the cost of the bolts with the seller, he is crying the blues, so I gave him til 5pm today accept that offer, or I am going to request that the entire amount that I paid for the bolts be refunded.

Am I being fair?
