Icon5 Longer brake lines for lifted 1998 ranger 4x4

Ok so I'm new here but hear me out. I just bought a 1998 ford ranger 4x4 that was previously a one owner car. The previous owner blew a head gasket on the motor causing the antifreeze to ruin the motor. After this the previous owner decided to tear the whole thing down, stripping the old motor, transmission, and interior. After all this he put a 3" body lift as well as new shocks, not sure if they are the lifted type or whether he did a torsion twist, but it does sit 5" higher overall. He also put the helper springs on it. The truck also came with about $1500 in new parts, like head lights taillights, carpet, leather seats, heater core, motor (on crate), brakes...etc. It was his project before he had a kid and lost his free time, needless to say I got a very good deal on it. The problem I'm having is with the lift on it, the brake lines aren't long enough to reach the calipers. I've looked and I can't seem to find any front brake lines made for trucks of that year. Any advice on where to get them or how to retro-fit them would be much appreciated.

I think a stock length brake line from a TJ will work, aka say a 2004 Jeep Wrangler. It should fit without any modification.
