i bought a PA body lift a few yrs ago for the mazda, does it come with the steering extension?

alright, now i dunno, i have had this bodylift for yrs, sittin in the closet for ever, i am gettin 3 inch spindles in about a month, should i throw the body on there too, i cant afford 35's cuz id need a rear end and engine mods, so i dunno double lifted on 33's?

 

well that is what I am thinking of doing
