1994 B2300 Engine Mount Replacement

I am about to replace the engine rubber mounts on my 94 B2300 with manual trans.When I remove the old ones and install the new ones, I need to jack up the engine a little. Now, do I need to remove the fan and fan shroud, and transmission mount? What other things I need to remove when I am jacking the engine up.

Actually, how can you tell if you have bad engine rubber mount on this type of 4 cylinder Ford Ranger?

Please advise.
