2006 Ford Ranger

I just had my engine blow and need a new one what should I do try find a new one or scrap I love the truck wish I could find a new engine thank you.

Hi i have a 2006 ford ranger it had a head gasket leak and i used head seal and it is working, how long wil it last thank you Ian
