Duratec 2.3L throwing lean code, any commonly know causes?

Duratec 2.3L throwing lean code, any commonly know causes?
I'm getting a lean code on my 2008 2.3L and thought I'd see if there are any know common causes for this on the Duratec engine? Maybe vacuum leaks common in a certain area or some actuator or sensor that is problematic?
