EGR valve 03 2.3L
EGR Valve replacement
2003 2.3L EGR valve replacement looks miserable. Looks like you’d have to take the intake manifold and valve head cover off to access the EGR valve that’s located against the firewall behind the engine. Has anyone done this without removing all that bs? And does anyone have any tips on how to make it any easier?

I had the same issue for the 2010, I posted the following "https://www.ranger-forums.com/2-3l-2...replace-176787/
FYI, My Mechanic manually exercised the EGR via Diagnostics and I have not had an issue since, That doesnt mean that it wont happen again, I am guessing it will be some cold day when I am far away ... :(
Theres a Youtube showing someone raising the frame, but as far as I can tell, Its a Transmission drop to get to it on the 2010,.,,
