Ford ranger wont start

Ford ranger wont start
I have a ford ranger 2007 tdci 2.5 and wont start.
Only start if i warm the ecu with a hairdryer!
Plug the ecu to pc and no wrong code.all is good.
I have change battery and diesel filter!
also i removed all the plugs and i clean!But still wont start!
Can someone help me please???
