Icon5 97 ford ranger 2.3 after swapping transmission truck wont start

I have 97 ford ranger 2.3 with automatic transmission. I swapped transmission because other one went out now truck will turn over but will not start I took out torque converter and truck will crank I have checked wires new starter battery good. Rebuilt the engine its got 10,000. Miles on it. I'm open to any suggestions

If you haven't got it fixed yet it may be park/neutral switch or blown fuse.
