Here’s a crazy idea for you brainiacs. (Not my idea I just want someone with knowledge to elaborate)
I read that if you use 1995+ rocker arms with a 1989-1994 roller cam you can get a valve lift of about .443 which is waaaay nastier than the stock .402~
so my idea was to take an 89-94 roller cam and bolt it into my 95. However, thanks to electronics and all that jazz, the 95+ has a cam position sensor.
how do CPS’ work?
Whats the difference between a 94 and 95 cam?
And is this even possible?

These guys are the "go to" for Lima engines: https://esslingeracing.com/ford-2-va...-engines-parts
The Cam sensor on the Lima engines doesn't read the cam position itself, it replaced the distributor in some years(like on a 3.0l or 4.0l) and then read the AUX gear position in later years, so swapping cams won't effect CPS
