How often to change fuel filter?

Which number on the diagram requires the special tool? It looked like that this would come off without tools. Does anyone know anything about the tool required?

the fittings without the plastic V shaped clips require a special tool. I think last time i had to get one i asked for an air conditioner line removal tool.

no you gotta slide a tool up the line to relase them on everything i've ever seen.

It's not the A/C release clamp, I asked the guy at the store since thats what I thought it was. It is just the normal fuel line release tool. Look for the end the fits snug over the tube coming out from the filter.
