Low oil pressure ... Help!

I wonder if there is any product out there to increase my oil pressure. My truck has 243K miles, the pointer for oil pressure is a little lower than normal (there is a dot on the panel, I assume it should point there under normal operating condition). I use 10W30 oil all the time. Please advise.

What year is your truck? The newer ones are all dummy gauges. They just point to the standard middle.

yea, thats not a real gauge, it's just an on off switch. Above 7PSI and it reads normal, below 7PSI and it reads all the way at the low.

Believe or not, I tightened the screws (only 2) for the valve cover to resolve my low pressure issue. I just happened to find out during cleaning my engine compartment and noticed that there was oil around those screws. Screws were loose ...

Now, pointer points at the dot. I'm happy. hehe ...
