Ok so here's the deal. My oil separator on the side of the block is leaking and they're not available through ford. My thought was to retro fit a remote type separator similar to those used on lightnings and various forced induction vehicles. Anybody done this before? Any insight or suggestions are welcome.

 

do you have pics of it brandon? any parts from a 302 for the filter should work because a 302 uses an FL-1A

 

 

It's part of the pcv system. I'm going to just make a remote separator this weekend. I may try running a screw in breather in the valve cover to see if it's a leaking issue or the separator is plugged causing oil to blow out of the attaching lines.
