Stroker kit for 94 2.3

Are there any stroker kits for a 94 2.3. Thinking about stroking the motor on the 94

Yes.
Boneyard 2.5L Crank, Rods, Pistons.
Short block would be easy, but varies with years (no distributor on 1998-2001 Ranger 2.5L)

+1 ^^^

The 1998-2001 2.5l SOHC Lima was a stroked 2.3l

But in those years the crank sensors are not compatible with 1989 to 1994 Ranger computers, so you need the 2.5l crank and connecting rods to install in your 1994 2.3l
Your computer would be fine adjusting to the higher air/fuel flow
