Ever since i got my truck out of the shop it has been hesitating or jerking while maintaining any speed. Not while accelerating or slowing down, just when i hold the pedal. Here lately it has been getting worse. Before it was in the shop i didn't have this problem.

What they replaced:

Timing Belt
Serpintene Belt
Spark plugs/wires
O2 sensors

^^and i believe thats it although it seemed like more...

Any help would be greatly appreciated.

 

is it downshifting, then shifting back multiple times?
