What is the piece in the picture? (EVAP Purge valve?) And can it have a constant leak? The hoses seem OK but it sounds like it is leaking. I have sprayed carb cleaner all around it but no change in RPM. If I disconnect the large line from manifold to this it will die. Could there also be a problem at the actual EVAP canister by the gas tank?
I have other issues (Injectors) but also think I have a vacuum leak somewhere but can't find it to save my life!!

 

Following. I have a vacuum leak as well and have been looking for a Vacuum map of the system for a minute and can't seem to find it anywhere. Hopefully someone has the info.

 

Yes, that is the EVAP system's canister purge valve, yes it will "leak" but like the PCV valve its a "planned leak"
