Cannot find any ports on my intake or anywehere that this hose would plug into. I see it on pictures of other intake manifolds, but not to where it plugs in.

 

Hey, not sure what year your truck is but it looks really similar to my 95 from the pics. I had a hard vacuum line piece like that that connected from the carbon canister to under the throttle body on mine. The rubber ends of the hard line had eroded away so I replaced it with a soft vacuum hose all the way through.
check the hoses coming from the carbon can near the front of your engine bay, close to the battery but lower. If in doubt, there should be a sticker at the front of the engine bay that shows vacuum routing.
