I have a 1987 Ranger 2.3L Manual Trans., no AC. I cannot get the engingeto start. I have replaced both fuel pumps and fuel filter. I have replaced the injectors. Plugs and wires are good. Compression is 180 on all cylinders. Has good spark. Fuel pressure is 40psi. Will start on starting fluid. Fuel is getting to the injectors and fuel pressure regulator seems good. I'm a novice and have no idea why it won't start. Any ideas would be helpful.
