Hey everyone I am having severe trouble with my 2.9 ranger. And will take any help if possible. It all started when my head gaskets went. I replaced the heads and it ran for a few days pretty rough but it ran, it got to the point of where I would crank it and it would start… only if my foot was on the pedal but as soon as I took my foot off it’d die. Now it doesn't start at all just cranks and everyonce and awhile it’ll backfire. I’ve bought a lot of parts now and I’ll post it below. Just wondering what I could be missing

with that said next thing I’m gonna try is to check my timing again. I’m hoping my timing chain didn’t jump a tooth or something, I’m no mechanic so any help is appreciated
