I'm having trouble tracking down info on if a 2003 head from a 3.0 will fit a 2000 3.0 flex engine? I only need to replace the passenger side head. It's cracked and has a recessed valve.

According to this page, the 2003 passenger side head has an extra bolt hole.

How do you find this info other than just experience? LOL
If anyone can confirm 100% I can use the passenger side head, let me know please.
