3.0 Flex Air/Fuel Problem

My Ranger has had a gremlin running around in the engine for awhile now. It's throwing codes saying both banks are running lean or rich depending on the day. I've checked the fuel pressure (right where it should be), changed the fuel filter recently (but before this problem started), changed all 3 O2 sensors and the MAF sensor (trying to fix the gremlins), and checked for vacuum leaks (carb cleaner method). The engine runs pretty much normally except for the occasional rough idle and sometimes it dies at idle when its cold. Once the engine warms up it runs perfectly fine. I'm totally stumped at this point and would really like to get this taken care of.

You check idle air control valve or throttle position sensor

No I haven't. Do you have any pictures of where they are? I have problems keeping track of all those little sensors.
