How about this... 3 inch spindles and Ford Expo springs in the rear. No blocks. But I'm only rolling 32's.

Fabtech makes a good 3" spindle lift. I believe its like 3" up front and 2" in the rear so it levels it out nice. And it will clear 33's with no tbar crank :)

4.10 will work good for the 33's also for just dd. Wheeling you may want to change it I think to 4.56??

I have a 3.0 with 4.10's and I find it almost perfect. Still has enough power to get the wheels spinning off road and allows for decent mileage on the highway. If you do a lot of city driving, I might recommend 4.56. I wouldn't mind going to 4.56 sometime in the future just because it puts a lot less strain on different drivetrain components.

I don't think you will clear 33s with a coil sprung and only a spindle lift. I have a 3 inch spindle and blocks and I had to trim a little up front for 31s. I don't no if I could fit 32s with comfort

Did or didn't?? I was told and have read that for a coil sprung with 3 inches that 32 was the max you could go. But with a body lift or the fabtech 5.5 you can run a 33. All the pics of 2wds on 33s I've seen they have had more that 3 inches. Now an edge/sport with spindle works because they are already 2 inches taller from the start

Who are your spindles from? And I'm assuming your shackles are the belted 6400, and why the coil spacer and 2inch block and not explored leaf or add a leaf, just curious? Do u have a 4x2?

Stock 4x4s are only about 2 inches higher than a regular xlt with coils if I'm right.
You won't be able to fit 33s with just a spndle lift. What Andrew did though, was stack the spndles with coil spacers (essentially what is used in most leveling kits). I have 31s with a coil sprung, with a full fabtech 3" kit.I could probably fit 32s but it'd be close.

Haha. You could fit them if you do the spacers like Andrew did. Keep the dream alive!

i tend to change my mind like everyday weather or not to buy spacers and run 33s. i will be due for tires in the next few months and can not decide for the life of me what to get size wise or even between MTs or Ats.

I like mine the way it is. Next time I need tires, I'm getting 31 m/ts
I think the 31s just fill the wells so nicely
