97 3.0L Help

Hello all! I just swapped the engine in my 97 Ranger with a stock one. I have one vacuum port on my intake manifold that for the life of me cant find what goes on it. Thanks in advance.

There's not that many vacuum ports on these engines, but yours differs from my 99.
I think it either goes to the PCV valve on the drivers valve cover or the EVAP solenoid valve.
That valve is located on the drivers fender well (on my 99 anyway).

If you took a photo of the whole engine bay, I should be able to help you better.

The PCV connects under the intake manifold. I will look to see if I can find the hose to the EVAP solenoid valve.

I found this picture on Pick A Part's website and it looks like that hose goes behind the coil pack.
