Hi all. I have a 98 3.0 2wd. I recently was driving home and started up a hill and the truck started shaking violently. Was able to get to parts house to have the code read. They gave me the cylinder 6 misfire and catyltic converter. I recently changed plugs less than a month ago. I did change the wires on 5/24 number six had a few bad spots on the wire boot. I also changed the crank sensor. So as of today the truck will start fine first thing in the morning however if I start the truck then drive it a mile an back the truck when starting back up it takes longer to start like it’s getting no fuel then fire up. But the dang misfire/shake is still there. The motor also shakes at 45-55. I’ve heard the cam sensor could be the issue or the valve. Any suggestions or help would be very grateful.
