AC Compressor constantly clicks

AC Compressor constantly clicks
My AC compressor has started constantly clicking, I’ll show what it does exactly in the video. It also takes 6-10 minutes for the AC to finally get cold after I turn it on, not 6-10 min after I turn the truck on, but 6-10 min after I turn on the AC which I find weird. Would I need to replace my compressor at all or could I just do some inc simpler.
