Air In Clutch System

Continuing problem with air in the clutch system. Have replaced the master cylinder and made sure all the air was out of the master. After bleeding it works like new for a week then slowly gets air in the system and after another week it is hard to ship and I bleed it again. My Question, The level in the mater cylinder cup is never down an ounce when I bleed it. How can air get in the system but not leak any fluid? Thanks

My 99 did that after a brand new clutch, slave, and everything. Exact same thing. Never did figure it out

Yes, frustrating. I did mention it to a clutch only parts store and they said next time use one of the older type slave cylinder as they seem to work better in that regard. Got it down to 10 minutes to bleed the system every two weeks.
