Can't figure it out

Ok guys. My ranger, 03 3.0. Couple weeks ago pump was dying on me, replaced the pump. while replacing pump fuel lines kinda got messed up. got a p0306. replaced lines. still misfire. P0300, p0306, p0316. Assumed it was injector, went to grab the truck today, no start. crank, no start.

tried another coil pack, plugs are newerish.

New injectors didn't fix it. I think I have a weak spark on cyl 6.Hopefully getting new wires soon.

Wires, plugs replaced. PCV valve replaced. It got a little better. I still have a slight miss though. The fuel trim values look weird. All the values are negative and short term jumps pretty high, then starts missing. I'm wondering if I need some O2 sensors? I'm completely lost here. I've spent quite a bit and only gotten a little better.
