Cleaning the MAFS

My truck has been idling kinda rough for a while so I figure I'd try and clean the MAFS. What exactly do I use to clean it? I read on here electrical contact cleaner. What are some brands or something to lok for? Can I get a can of it at Fry's or CompUSA or some place like that? I'm pretty sure it's the MAF because my Amsoil filter took a crap one day and I got junk inside the intake tube. It's kinda muddy in there now. But anyways, I appreciate any replies and other suggestions of what it may be. I'm probably 90% sure it's the MAFS or the IAC or a combination of both. Thanks.
