If you're sure that the fuel cap is properly seated, the next thing to check is the filler neck hose(s). It says in your profile that you have a 3" body lift and there could easily be an evap leak there that was created when the lift was installed.
A small leak can be very hard to find and could be anywhere from the canister to the tank to the VMV under the hood. Dealers use a pressurized smoke generator tool to locate leaks. This is one of those "Don't try this at home" situations.

well i know the fuel cap is properly seated, ive tightened it over and over, i dont have a body lift, just the fabtech 3" lift, but do you think i should just take it to the dealer and let them handle it?
yeah, evap leaks can suck, lots of parts that could have a leak in them and tryin to detect them without the smoke machine, can suck, and small leaks can still suck even with the smoke machine. its an 05 shouldnt you still be underwarrenty? if you are let them handle it ... if not you can try a diff fuel cap see if that helps, if it doesnt then you know there is a leak somewhere else ...
