Compression Test Results 😖

2000 Ranger with a miss and check engine light showing a misfire in cylinders five and six. Here's the compression test. I know the numbers are not good. Should I just do a motor swap or dig into this one and see what's going on?

1 75
2. 110
3. 90
4. 100
5. 30
6. 60

According to the Chilton manual the lowest reading cylinder must be within 15 psi of the highest reading. You need a compression of at least 100psi on each cylinder.
With compression that low, it might be best to do an engine swap. How many mile are on the motor?
