Could use some help here. Thoughts on loss of coolant..

So I bought this truck with the 3.0 and Im losing coolant. Every 60 miles I can add a couple of cups of coolant approximately. Truck runs very good, no misses at all ever, cant detect any coolant burn smell in exhaust, cant see any leaking external coolant leaks. So I changed the plugs tonight and the middle cylinder plug on driver side had white caked on crust on it and the external part of the plug was wet with caked on green gunk (antifreeze I presume), now that's only possible by a cracked head Im assuming. BUT the same plug on passenger side was just white, see pics. Are you guys thinking I have a cracked head? Truck temp is steady and never moves and everything works as if nothings wrong. Cant get a pic posted!

try and post a pic again. if nothing runs shitty then iwouldnt worry, but the white plug worries em a tad. your def burning coolant. but it might not be bad if you dont have smoke coming out of the tail pipe. is your oil milky or is it clean?
