Flashing Dash lights

Hi, i have a 99 ranger. today while i was driving home the 4wd low and 4wd hi lights kept flashing on and off, it would flash 6 times then go off then like 3 mins later would do it again

if anyone out there knows anything about this please let me know don't know if i should drive it or not

terrorism is the culprit...

there's a few post around here about it. something about a leaky vacuum line. you'll have to rummage around the engine compartment looking for it.
